Do I need to be in Porto to work with you?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Our physical design studio is in Porto (at the iconic Mota Galiza building), but our work is borderless. We collaborate digitally with clients worldwide. (Though if you are in town looking for a graphic designer, the coffee is on us).

I’m not a big brand yet. Can we still work together?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We don't judge by size; we judge by attitude. As a branding studio, we have built visual universes for massive heritage brands and niche cultural projects alike. Whether you are scaling a startup or refreshing an established company, if you have a good idea, we want to help you build it.

I have a vague idea, but no concrete brief. Can I email you?

That is our favorite place to start. We specialise in creative direction that turns "vague ideas" into showstopping visuals. We exist at the intersection of strategy and chaos, which means we can help you define the brief and the user experience before we design it.

Question 4

"I just need a logo." Can you do that?

Accepted Answer

We believe a logo works best when it has a home. That’s why we focus on building complete Visual Identity Systems rather than just isolated symbols. However, every universe starts somewhere. If you are ready to build a cohesive brand strategy, we are ready to start with the mark.

How does the budget work?

Accepted Answer

We tailor the work to your reality. Because we are a flexible creative agency, we can scale our team up for the giants or streamline it for smaller budgets. We don't believe high-end design strategy should be locked away for  lucky few. Request a quote based on what you have, and we’ll tell you what we can make.

Question 6

How do payments work? Can I pay in instalments?

Accepted Answer

We believe the finances shouldn't kill the creative flow. For larger projects, we are happy to structure the investment into instalments. We typically align these payments with key project milestones, keeping the cash flow healthy while we build the universe.
