Special and very unique.  Festival A Estrada is a cultural event - a lively celebration of arts, music, cinema, and nature.

In 2021, Studio Merge started the creative adventure of taking charge of communication and brand identity for the first edtion of Festival A Estrada.

"A Estrada," which translates to "The Road" in Portuguese, was the perfect name for the festival, given its prime spot along Estrada Municipal 544. This road links the picturesque Serra de São Francisco mountains to the inviting beaches of Costa de Santo André.

To amp up the visual identity, we crafted a logo that truly captured the festival's essence and its location. The heart of the logo features a sleek yellow E, representing the road's curves, the journey to the festival, and the connection between creative expression and nature. Our goal was to infuse this adventurous spirit into our design.

The choice of typeface played a crucial role in our visual communication, embodying the road's shape and symbolizing the festival's path.

This project wasn't just about design; it was about tracing the festival's exciting route and art exchange.
