Constraints don't kill good design. They just filter out the lazy ideas.

A case study for labsummit2026
Gathering a bold, award-worthy moodboard on a screen is the easy part. The real test begins the moment you step into a massive physical venue and the production budget hits.
Too often, hard financial limits and intense logistical demands mean settling for cheap materials, flat designs, and boring roll-ups that completely dilute the original creative vision.
When we started physical production for labsummit 2026, our team was handed an absolute logistical nightmare: 7 stages over 2 days, with brand sponsors changing completely every single night. That meant executing 14 distinct sponsor setups in 48 hours, with zero budget to manufacture double the materials and zero time to rebuild everything overnight.
We refused to compromise on the boldness of the event. Instead of letting the budget restrict us, we used the constraints to force a smarter solution using modular, 3D shapes.
