The Challenge of labsummit


labsummit, a new event focused on innovation and technology in the laboratory industry, needed to make a splash. With a target audience of laboratory leaders and decision-makers primarily in Portugal and Spain, but with aspirations to reach Europe and the United States, labsummit needed a brand identity that would capture attention, communicate its value proposition, and establish it as a key event in the industry.

  • Wayfinding & Event Design:  To enhance the attendee experience, we designed clear and engaging wayfinding signage for the event space. We also created an immersive stage design that reflected the event's forward-thinking focus.

  • VR & AR Experiences: To further elevate the event, we incorporated innovative VR and AR experiences. These allowed attendees to interact with lab technologies in new and exciting ways, reinforcing labsummit's position as a cutting-edge event.

  • Marketing Strategy & Materials: We developed a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the event and attract attendees. This included creating marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
